The location was fantastic, just a short walk into the city center, making it very convenient for exploring everything York has to offer. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and our room was spacious and tidy. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing useful information and suggestions for our days out. We also appreciated the fact that there were tea and coffee facilities in our room, and they were replenished daily. the hotel facilities were great, and we were impressed with the level of cleanliness and the helpfulness of the staff.
For us, it was ideal.

We were pleasantly surprised by this luxury hotel. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport just outside the door. The hotel had a modern and stylish design which we really liked. The rooms were spacious and clean, with plenty of storage space. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options including fresh fruits and fluffy pancakes. The staff were attentive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.
We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
